meet + greet
We believe that you should be able to have fun and be yourself with your videographer + photographer. Each moment and story is important, and that's why we take the time to get to know you. We want to make sure that you have a great experience while working with us. Once you reach out, we'll send you details on our packages and pricing, while answering any of your questions. Let's get started!
booking + Contract
Once you decide that you want to book with us, we need to save your date! To do this, we will send you a contract listing our policies and your event details. Review this information and send your contract in (with your deposit) to secure your date! We try to make this process as easy as we can for all of our clients. If you have any questions along the way, we're here to help!
details
One month before your event, we'll reach out to discuss details. For weddings, we'll schedule this appointment at the time of booking your wedding. All other events or sessions - we will send you an email to set this up. This is our way of gathering all of the needed information to make sure that we're prepared for your event!
event time
It's the day of your event! We will work together and do anything needed to ensure that we capture the best shots for you. We're known for crawling on the ground, standing on tables - trust us, it will be worth it! During your event, we're not just there to capture your moments, we are there to help you. If something happens, we'll make sure that we step in if needed.
editing
After your event, we head into one of our favorite parts and begin putting all of the pieces together. Curtis creates your video pieces, while Ali works to edit image galleries for our clients. We take our time to make sure that the final items are timeless memories that you will cherish forever.
delivery
We love seeing our client's reactions to receiving their final items. All images are delivered via online gallery, with downloading available. Videos are delivered via flash drive or DVD and mailed to our clients directly. Delivery time is 3-5 weeks for family sessions or other events, 90 days for highlight videos and up to six months for full wedding packages. We always keep our clients updated on the timeline of their products too.
